Go to "Cards" → "Collection" and click "Import". You have two options:
- CSV file: Upload a CSV file from Moxfield, Deckbox, ManaBox or Cardmarket
- Text list: Paste a list in the format "1 Lightning Bolt"
Cards are automatically matched against the Scryfall database.
Which import formats are supported?

Additionally, the simple text format is supported: 1 Card Name or 1x Card Name

Can I have multiple collections?
Yes! You can create as many collections as you like, e.g.:
- Main collection
- Trade cards
- Deck cards
- Sorted by set
Each collection can have its own visibility setting (public, friends, groups, private).
What do the visibility settings mean?
- Public: Every registered user can see your collection
- Friends: Only your friends can see the collection
- Groups: Only members of certain groups can see the collection
- Private: Only you can see the collection
Wishlist
How does the wishlist work?
The wishlist contains all the cards you are looking for. These are used for trade matching:
- Go to "Cards" → "Wishlist"
- Search for cards and add them
- The system automatically finds players who have your wanted cards AND are looking for your trade cards
- You receive a notification when a friend marks one of your wanted cards as tradable
Can I organise my wishlist into folders?
Yes! You can create folders to organise your wanted cards:
- Click "New Folder" to create a folder
- Drag and drop cards into folders or choose the folder when adding
- Examples: "High Priority", "Commander Deck", "Standard Staples"
Folders help you keep track when your wishlist grows.
Can I import my wishlist?
Yes! You can add cards via import:
- Click "Import" in the wishlist
- Paste a list in the format "1 Card Name"
- Alternatively you can import CSV files from other platforms
What does "Any Version" mean?
When "Any Version" is enabled, all printings of a card are considered during matching – regardless of set.
Example: You are looking for "Lightning Bolt". With "Any Version" enabled, offers from all sets (Alpha, M10, Double Masters, etc.) are shown.
Without "Any Version" only the specific set is matched.
Will I be notified when friends have my wanted cards?
Yes! You receive automatic notifications:
- When a friend marks a card from your wishlist as tradable
- Notifications are bundled to avoid spam
- In the wishlist you can see directly which friends have which cards
Trading
What is the difference between "Trade Matches" and "Requests"?
- Trade Matches: Shows you potential trading partners where a mutual trade is possible. Here you can see what you could receive and what you can offer.
- Requests: This is where you manage your active trade negotiations. Once you start a trade it appears here.
How do I find trading partners?
Go to "Trades" → "Trade Matches". The system automatically shows you players with whom a trade is possible:
- The other player has cards that are on your wishlist
- You have cards that are on their wishlist
- The distance to the player is shown (if a location has been set)
The more cards you mark as tradable and the larger your wishlist, the more matches you will find!
How do I start a trade?
- Go to "Trade Matches" and find a suitable partner
- Click "Details" to see the available cards
- Select the cards you would like to have
- Click "Start Trade"
- The trade now appears under "Requests"
Can I add or remove cards during a trade?
Yes! As long as the trade has not been completed:
- Request cards: Click "Request" to add the partner's cards
- Offer cards: Click "Offer" to offer your own cards in return
- Remove cards: Click the X next to a card
Note: If cards are changed after the trade has already been accepted, it must be accepted again.
How does a trade work?
The flow of a trade:
- Open: You start a trade, the partner is notified
- Negotiation: Both can add/remove cards and communicate via chat
- Accepted: The partner accepts the trade
- Execution: You meet up or ship the cards
- Confirmation: Both confirm receipt
- Completed: The trade has been successfully concluded, rating is possible
How do I confirm a trade?
After a trade has been accepted:
- Agree via chat on how the exchange will take place (meeting or shipping)
- Carry out the trade
- Click "Confirm Receipt" when you have received the cards
- You can see the confirmation status of both sides
- Once both have confirmed, the trade is complete
What if my partner does not respond? (14-day rule)
After 14 days:
- Only one side has confirmed: The trade is automatically marked as completed
- Neither side has confirmed: The trade is marked as "expired"
This prevents trades from staying open indefinitely.
Can I cancel a trade?
Yes, as long as the trade has not been completed:
- As initiator: You can cancel an open trade at any time
- As partner: You can decline the request
- Automatically: If all cards are removed, the trade is cancelled
Ratings
How does the rating system work?
After every completed trade both sides can submit a rating:
- 1–5 stars
- Rating is voluntary
- Your average is shown on your profile
Why can't I see the rating immediately?
Anti-Retaliation System: Ratings only become visible once BOTH sides have rated.
Why? So that nobody gives a bad rating out of spite just because they received a bad one. You always rate "blind".
Friends & Groups
How do I add friends?
Go to "Community" → "Friends":
- Enter the friend code of the other person
- Send a friend request
- Once the request is accepted, you are friends
What is my friend code?
Your friend code is an 8-character code (e.g. "T6QGAQB5") which you can find on the Friends page.
Share this code with other players so they can send you a friend request.
How do groups work?
Groups are a way to organise players:
- Create a group for your play group or your LGS
- Invite friends to the group
- Set collections to "Group visibility" so only group members can see them
Security & Reporting
How do I report a user?
If you have a problem with a user:
- Open the trade request or message
- Click the flag icon "Report"
- Choose a reason (spam, harassment, fraud, etc.)
- Optionally add a description
What happens after a report?
Reports are reviewed by an admin:
- The report is processed within a few days
- In the event of violations, the reported user can be warned or banned
- You will not receive direct feedback, but we take every report seriously
