The layer run: in layer 4, Opalescence makes Humility a creature. In layer 6, Humility strips all creatures of their abilities — including itself, but the effect that's already applying keeps applying (and Opalescence is NOT a creature — "each OTHER" — so it keeps its ability). In 7b, timestamp order applies: first 4/4 (Opalescence), then 1/1 (Humility). Result: 1/1 with no abilities.

If Humility was there FIRST and Opalescence came later, 7b flips: first 1/1 (Humility), then P/T = mana value (Opalescence) — Humility is a 4/4 with no abilities. Rule of thumb: in 7b, the later timestamp gets the last word.
